Shipments to USA and Canada can take around 7 to 10 business days currently. We're working on improving this.

What is the return or exchange policy?
How will my order be shipped?
We usually use FedEx, UPS or DHL to deliver your orders, depending on the destination. All orders are securely packaged in non-descript brown boxes which do not mention our brand externally.
Can I track my order?
Yes, for most orders we endeavour to provide tracking information via email. On occasion this is not always possible.
Where are orders despatched from?
All orders are currently despatched from the UK currently. We will also be despatching from North America from late 2024 onwards.
Do I have to pay import duties, VAT or other taxes?
If your order is being delivered to anywhere outside of the UK, there may well be customs taxes and other charges according to your local laws and regulations. As with other retailers and brands, these charges have to be paid by the customer and is not something that we can be responsible for. As we increase the territories from which we despatch orders, this issue will become less prevalent. To find out more, do a search for "import duties" or similar terms.
